To provide 92101 and 92103 area real estate companies, brokers and agents an equal voice and vote for providing a forum to all real estate agents and affiliate companies to showcase new listings, open house opportunities and affiliate services that support the real estate community.

  4. Caravan pitches

  9. Seasoned and Reduced Listings

  13. Latecomers – Time permitting
  14. Good of the Order Announcements – RE Business Related (Please check w/committee in advance

Tour Rules

  1. Tour Hours – 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
  2. Re-Tours Encouraged, Particularly if on Market for a While and/or Price Reductions
  3. Deadline – Wednesday at Noon for Thursday Morning Tour. (Be Sure to Have Complex Name at the Beginning of the Comments Section)
  4. Tour Eligibility – Must be located in 92101 or 92103. (West of Park and South of University)
  5. Pitching:  Listing Agent or agent representative should be at pitch meeting and at property. Precise pitch and max 30 Seconds
  6. Please respect residents and condominiums that we visit. Please keep voices and noise to a minimum so that we may continue to be welcomed
  7. Contact management at the community in which your tour property is located to ensure they allow broker caravans and so you are in compliance w/ building rules. (Agent in lobby, entry, etc.)
