To provide 92101 and 92103 area real estate companies, brokers and agents an equal voice and vote for providing a forum to all real estate agents and affiliate companies to showcase new listings, open house opportunities and affiliate services that support the real estate community.

Tour Rules
- Tour Hours – 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- Re-Tours Encouraged, Particularly if on Market for a While and/or Price Reductions
- Deadline – Wednesday at Noon for Thursday Morning Tour. (Be Sure to Have Complex Name at the Beginning of the Comments Section)
- Tour Eligibility – Must be located in 92101 or 92103. (West of Park and South of University)
- Pitching: Listing Agent or agent representative should be at pitch meeting and at property. Precise pitch and max 30 Seconds
- Please respect residents and condominiums that we visit. Please keep voices and noise to a minimum so that we may continue to be welcomed
- Contact management at the community in which your tour property is located to ensure they allow broker caravans and so you are in compliance w/ building rules. (Agent in lobby, entry, etc.)
